This project is essential to people who are on the go or delivery persons. This project saves time of working people who are always on the go. Its an keyless method where you need not carry your key with you every now and then. The system manages your motorcycle ignition to engine turning on and off.

By using nodemcu (esp8266), I have programmed this project in such a manner that, it reads the strength of wifi signal. By getting the information of wireless signal, we can know how far or near the device is to the nodemcu. As per needed, the range is customised to a desired value for the relay to turn on/off.The self of the bike is customised based on milliseconds a motorcycle takes to start.

The micro controller ( nodemcu) continuously reads and monitor the signal strength. As the device is near / far from it, it commands the relay to turn on/off as per programmed. In this way, we automate the motorcycle.

This project is not only for motorcycle but can also be equipped in many other applications.

For example, Fitting this project in home can make your light/fan turn on as soon as you reach your home and turn off as soon as you leave. You can even adjust the range of it to open the door/ close the door of your house.

PKE (Passive Keyless Entry) Security Matrix

A professional-grade vehicle automation system that provides RFID-based keyless entry and "Push-to-Start" capabilities.

  • RFID UID Secure Verification: The Arduino monitors an RFID reader mounted near the door handle. Only a tag with a pre-whitelisted internal UID can unlock the vehicle, providing a high level of physical security.
  • Dual-Relay Ignition Interlock: Manages two high-current relays for the "ACC" and "Starter" circuits. The firmware enforces a strict safety sequence: the brake pedal must be pressed (monitored by a digital input) before the starter relay is engaged.

Safety

  • Anti-Theft Lockout Kernel: If an unauthorized RFID tag is scanned 5 times, the Arduino enters a "Lockdown Mode," deactivating the starter relay for 15 minutes and sounding a loud vehicle alarm.
