Hello everyone, this is Jrobot Delivery. Welcome to the second episode of Jrobot series. Jrobot is a global control robot car based on Android, Arduino, Java and 4G mobile network.

You can google Jrobot and watch the first episode which explains the design and function of Jrobot system. Jrobot can do many things. In this episode, we add a roof rack and get Jrobot to do pizza delivery.

Autonomous Logistics Platform

The Jrobot is a compact delivery robot designed for indoor transport of small items/documents in office or hospital environments.

  • Pathfinding & Navigation: Uses a combination of Ultrasonic sensors for obstacle avoidance and an Line Follower array for precise warehouse-style navigation.
  • High-Torque Drive Train: Managed by an Arduino Mega and a robust motor driver, the robot can carry significant "Payload" weights while maintaining precise steering and speed control.

User Interaction

  • Delivery Confirmation: features a small OLED screen and a Keypad. The recipient can type in a security code to unlock the item compartment, ensuring the delivery is secure and verified.
