Conductive Fluid-Level Analytics
A simple and reliable project for monitoring the water level in tanks, wells, or sumps, providing a visual and acoustic dashboard for the user.
- Multi-Probe Conductive Grid: Uses a series of stainless-steel probes at different heights. The Arduino measures the electrical conductivity between the "Common" probe and these height-probes to identify 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% full states.
- Visual LED-Level Dashboard: Displays the current level on a row of color-coded LEDs (e.g., Green for Full, Red for Low). The firmware includes a "Debounce" timer to prevent the LEDs from flickering due to water ripples.
Prototyping
- Verified with Arduino IDE: Optimized for 100% stability, with a software "Alarm" that triggers a piezo buzzer if the water level reaches a critical "Overflow" or "Dry" state.
